Job summary

The Pearl at Fort Lauderdale Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team. The role involves maintaining standards of care, coordinating with the health care team, and overseeing medication administration and care planning for residents.

Qualified candidates should have Florida RN licensure and a nursing degree (MS/BS preferred). Full-time and part-time shifts are available, with a focus on high-quality elder care in a facility setting.

Qualifications

• RN must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Licensed to practice in the state of Florida.
• MS/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and interpret standards of nursing practice.
• Perform skills such as assessment and intervention per guidelines.
• Coordinate/prepare MDS schedules and complete MDS Booklet as scheduled.
• Develop care plans and monitor implementation; revise as needed.
• Ensure accurate medication administration and reporting; investigate errors.
• Demonstrate coordination with resident, families, and health care team.
