Job summary

The Pearl at Fort Lauderdale Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a talented RN to join our growing team. The RN will uphold standards of practice, participate in committees, and coordinate nursing care for residents in a full-time or part-time role.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school, hold Florida licensure, and bring leadership and clinical competence. We offer a benefits package and competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• RN must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• MS/BS or equivalent experience preferred.
• Florida licensure required to practice.

Responsibilities

• Defines, maintains, and interprets standards of nursing practice.
• Performs assessments and interventions per guidelines and procedures.
• Coordinates MDS scheduling and completes MDS Booklet as scheduled.
• Monitors medication administration and documents with accuracy.
• Directs nursing shifts and ensures adequate staffing and supplies.
• Ensures compliance with Nurse Practice Act and regulatory requirements.
