Job summary

Aristacare Llc is seeking an Unit Manager (RN) to oversee care management for a defined population within an assigned unit or clinical function. The RN will perform the nursing process and coordinate resources to ensure timely, appropriate care interventions and regulatory compliance.

The role requires an active New Jersey RN license, at least one year of supervision experience in a healthcare setting, and training in rehabilitative/restorative nursing practices.

Qualifications

Unit Manager (RN)

RN is responsible for overseeing the care management of a population of patients within an assigned area, unit or clinical function. The position conducts the nursing process, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under the scope of the State's Nurse Practice Act of Registered Nurse licensure. The Unit Manager - RN coordinates resource utilization, timely and appropriate care interventions, and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction, adherence to center's clinical systems and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Must possess, a valid Registered Nurse license in the state of New Jersey.
