Cascade Senior Care Center is seeking an RN Unit Manager to coordinate clinical care on a 24-hour unit. You will supervise nursing staff, conduct rounds, and ensure quality care with a patient-centered approach.

You must have an accredited nursing degree, active MI RN license, and CPR-BLS. The role offers a $90,000 yearly base with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities for wage increases and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Current RN license in Michigan; CPR-BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the nursing team, provide direction and assignments, train staff, and evaluate performance.
• Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor care quality and performance.
• Instruct the team on skilled care processes and serve as a clinical resource.
• Ensure completion of required reports (infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management).
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests and families.
