Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in determining staffing needs.
• Develop work assignments and schedule duty hours.
• Delegate to Charge Nurses and Supervisors to perform duties.
• Make daily rounds to ensure standards are met.
• Monitor absenteeism to maintain adequate staffing.
• Participate in in-service training programs.
