Meadow View Nursing Center is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN Supervisor) to join our collaborative overnight team from 7pm to 7:30 am. The role ensures resident care is expertly managed and coordinated with physicians, hospitals, families, and staff in a long-term care setting.

The ideal candidate holds a PA RN license, has leadership or supervisory experience, and is adept with electronic health records.

Qualifications

• Compassionate care for geriatric patients.
• Experience in LTC or skilled nursing facility.
• Current PA RN license.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper medical management of each resident.
• Act as liaison between physicians, hospitals, families, and staff.
• Conduct daily resident visits to assess status and guide nursing activities.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure medications and treatments are administered.
• Think independently, supervise staff, and work as a team for resident welfare.
