Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience (nursing supervisor or head nurse).
• Active nursing licensure in the state.
• BSN preferred with leadership exposure.
• Strong clinical knowledge in unit nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 24/7 nursing coverage and safe nursing care.
• Mentor and supervise nursing staff and coordinate with physicians.
• Oversee PCC documentation and adherence to care plans.
• Participate in budgeting and staffing decisions.
• Promote safety and quality improvement on the unit.
