Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is seeking a senior nursing leader to oversee the 24/7 operation of a hospital unit, integrating the TMH mission and strategic plan while guiding clinical practice and professional development. The role manages budgets, regulatory readiness, and a diverse nursing team.

Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, this position will supervise RNs, surgical technicians, licensed practical nurses, and other support staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance

Qualifikationen

• Two (2) years of job-related leadership experience
• Five (5) years of job-related leadership experience (preferred)
• Licensed as a registered nurse (RN) in Florida per FS 464

• Provide leadership in clinical practice, staffing, and professional development
