Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare (TMH) seeks a Registered Nurse leader to oversee all aspects of a unit's operation on a 24/7 basis. You will provide clinical leadership, drive evidence-based practice, and align daily care with TMH's mission, vision and strategic plan.

Required: Associate Degree in Nursing and an active Florida RN license; at least 2 years of job-related leadership experience. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is strongly preferred, and leadership certifications are encouraged.

Qualifications

Required Education:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Strongly Preferred)

Required Experience:

• Two (2) years of job-related leadership experience

Preferred Experience:

• Five (5) years of job-related leadership experience

Required Certification/License/Registry:

• Licensed as a registered nurse (RN) in accordance with Florida Statutes (FS), Title XXXII (Regulation of Professions and Occupations), Chapter 464 (Nursing), Part I (Nurse Practice Act) [includes multistate compact licensure]

Preferred Certification/License/Registry:

• Administrative practice or clinical specialty certification.
