Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required
• Florida RN license required
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Two (2) years of leadership experience required
• Five (5) years of leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the unit's operation on a 24/7 basis
• Provide leadership in clinical practice and evidence-based nursing care
• Integrate the TMH mission, values, and strategic plan into daily operations
• Manage human resources and professional practice development
• Develop and manage budgets for the unit
• Ensure regulatory readiness and standard compliance
