The RN role coordinates and delivers safe, high-quality nursing care, collaborates with the healthcare team, and mentors others, while upholding TMH policies and the Florida Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Two (2) or more years of RN experience preferred.
• Licensed as an RN in Florida.
• BLS or CPR certification from an AHA instructor.

• Coordinate and delegate care in a safe, secure, and clean environment.
• Provide care through collaboration with healthcare team and autonomous nursing process.
• Lead, mentor, and role model for other members of the healthcare team.
• Support TMH mission, vision, and policies; uphold ICARE values.
• Respect patient rights, dignity, confidentiality, and expressed needs.
• Use evidence-based practice and information technologies to provide comfort, relieve pain, and reduce anxiety.
