Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the nursing staff and patient care activities within the healthcare facility. This position involves managing daily operations, ensuring policy and procedure adherence, and promoting a culture of excellence in patient care. The RN Manager collaborates with healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of nursing care and fosters a positive work environment for the nursing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Supervision:
- Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, including performance management, training, and development.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Patient Care Coordination:
- Coordinate and oversee patient care activities to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Policy and Procedure Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.
- Quality Improvement:

Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted RN license in Wisconsin.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Previous nursing leadership or management experience.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Working Conditions:
