Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of a unit, supervising nursing staff and monitoring patient care.
  • Engage in staff clinical development and address patient and family educational needs.
  • Use the nursing process to meet clinical and psychosocial needs and communicate effectively.
  • Identify and address clinical, social, and safety issues; seek continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with physicians and care team for quality resident care.
  • Document changes in residents' conditions accurately and timely.
  • Follow medication, safety, and infection control policies.
  • Build healthy relationships among staff and disciplines.
  • Set priorities, promote shared governance, and communicate clearly.
  • Ensure proper documentation and hand-offs between shifts.
  • Facilitate communication with all team members and families.
  • Implement physician orders promptly and report changes in resident conditions.
Qualifications
  • RN with extensive long-term care experience preferred
  • Administrative experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, diplomacy, and leadership skills
