Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of a unit, supervising nursing staff and monitoring patient care.
- Engage in staff clinical development and address patient and family educational needs.
- Use the nursing process to meet clinical and psychosocial needs and communicate effectively.
- Identify and address clinical, social, and safety issues; seek continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with physicians and care team for quality resident care.
- Document changes in residents' conditions accurately and timely.
- Follow medication, safety, and infection control policies.
- Build healthy relationships among staff and disciplines.
- Set priorities, promote shared governance, and communicate clearly.
- Ensure proper documentation and hand-offs between shifts.
- Facilitate communication with all team members and families.
- Implement physician orders promptly and report changes in resident conditions.
Qualifications
- RN with extensive long-term care experience preferred
- Administrative experience is a plus
- Strong communication, diplomacy, and leadership skills
