You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and coordinate individualized care plans in a collaborative environment. Successful candidates hold NY RN licensure, 1+ year nursing experience in LTC/SNF, CPR, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license is required.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience is required.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Previous supervisory or unit management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and motivated RN Unit Manager to join a skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Lockport, NY!

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an RN with a strong background in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing (SNF) who is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care and leading a successful nursing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
