Middleton Village Nursing and Rehab is looking for an RN Unit Manager to lead our nursing staff and ensure compassionate, high-quality care for residents in Middleton, WI.

Ideal candidates will hold a Wisconsin RN license and have 1–2 years of management experience, with strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate care and staff development in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of management experience in a nursing setting.

You will be able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to-promote patient's being-by providing high quality nursing care.

• Assist in ensuring quality nursing care to all residents/patients. Supports and practices the philosophy, nursing objectives and standards of the Department of Nursing.
• Ensures that the nursing department is adequately staffed to provide quality care to patients/residents.
• Ensures the provision of in-service/staff development programs that contribute to meeting nursing objectives and standards and comply with all state and federal regulations.
• Provides clinical expertise to facilitate and support the nursing process in patient/ resident interventions.
• Assists in ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for patients/residents, employees and visitors.
• Exercises administrative and functional supervision over nursing personnel as directed by the Director of Nursing and Assistant DON.
