Job summary

Middleton Village Nursing and Rehab in Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to care for our residents and support their speedy recovery. You will educate patients and families on prevention and healthy habits, following health and safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience, strong communication, and the ability to work as part of a team while maintaining professionalism in a busy clinical setting.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience.
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Valid nursing license in the state of Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess needs to provide the best care.
• Observe and interpret symptoms and communicate with physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise care plans.
• Perform routine procedures (vital signs, injections) and charting.
• Administer medications and provide treatments as ordered.
• Maintain hygiene and safety in facilities.
• Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants.
• Expand knowledge by attending workshops and conferences.

Responsibilities: Registered Nurse (RN)

• Perform routine procedures (bloods pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts
• Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders
• Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety
• Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants
• Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc.
