Job summary

Silver Stream Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee the clinical operations of a nursing unit and lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional resident care.

The RN Unit Manager will coordinate resident care, supervise nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote positive clinical outcomes in a supportive, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned nursing unit.
• Supervise, mentor, and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate clinical interventions.
• Coordinate and participate in resident care planning.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.

Silver Stream Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Unit Manager to oversee the clinical operations of a nursing unit and lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional resident care.

The RN Unit Manager is responsible for coordinating resident care, supervising nursing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting positive clinical outcomes in a supportive and resident-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of an assigned nursing unit

• Supervise, mentor, and support LPNs and CNAs

• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate clinical interventions

• Coordinate and participate in resident care planning

• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed

• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations

• Participate in quality improvement and infection prevention initiatives

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania

• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
