Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania.
• PCC experience is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring that all residents receive the highest quality care in a supportive and caring environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor resident progress, and make data-driven decisions to improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities

• Monitor and provide daily oversight of resident care in accordance with facility and state standards through supervising and directing nurse staff


• Report to the Director of Nursing to ensure excellence in quality care


• Promote patient independence by establishing goals and educating residents and their loved ones


• Resolve patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies


• Protect residents and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols


• Document resident care services and maintain professional and technical knowledge

Certifications & Key Qualifications

• Valid RN License in the state of Pennsylvania


• Point Click Care (PCC) experience is desirable, but not required


• Previous Unit Manager experience desirable


• Empathy while providing exceptional nursing care


• Problem-solving and customer service skills


• Time Management skills to ensure all residents are provided the best level of care
