Your Responsibilities

As a Unit Manager, you’ll:

• Oversee daily resident care, ensuring compliance with long-term care and rehabilitation standards.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain high-quality care.
• Lead your nursing team to deliver compassionate and effective care.
• Educate residents and families on conditions, medications, and self-care strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and promote seamless communication among the nursing staff.
• Manage supplies and equipment to support efficient operations.
• Uphold infection control and medication administration protocols to ensure the health and safety of residents.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN License in Pennsylvania (required)
• 1+ year of supervisory nursing experience
• 2+ years of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
• Strong nursing leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
