Amberwood Post Acute is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead nursing services in our post-acute facility. This full-time role focuses on quality patient care and staff coordination to ensure smooth operations and exceptional resident outcomes.

You will oversee nursing functions, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and drive continuous improvement while supporting a compassionate, family‑like work culture.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in CO
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility required
• Previous Nurse Management or Director of Staff Development experience preferred
