Job summary

Amberwood Post Acute is seeking a RN Unit Manager to lead nursing services in our Colorado facility. This full-time role focuses on directing daily clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and supporting a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

The successful candidate will hold an active RN license in CO, have post-acute or skilled nursing leadership experience, and demonstrate strong staff development skills. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in CO

Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility required

Previous Nurse Management or Director of Staff Development experience preferred

Rate: $47-$50/hour
