Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff while fostering a collaborative team environment
• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality resident care
• Monitor resident progress and communicate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility healthcare regulations
• Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, upper management, residents, and family members

Requirements

• Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage staff and maintain high standards of patient care
