Responsibilities:

• Complete the MDS nursing section
• Assist with medication passes and unit management
• Participate in manager on duty and weekly care meetings
• Perform clinical rounds and assist with admissions, transfers, and emergencies
• Assist physicians and perform physical assessments
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance
• Manage unit supplies and equipment
• Handle complaints professionally and maintain security
• Supervise staff performance and training
• Perform direct patient care as needed

Requirements:

• Valid RN License
• At least 1 year of long-term care experience
• Good standing with the State Registry
• Strong work ethic and decision-making skills

This is a full-time position with mid-senior level responsibilities in healthcare provision.
