Bethesda Care Center in Fremont, OH is seeking a compassionate RN Unit Manager to lead our nursing team across all shifts. You will supervise staff, develop care plans with physicians and families, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate clinical operations to deliver high-quality resident care.

• Oversee medication administration, treatments, and accurate documentation
• Monitor residents’ health and adjust care plans as needed
• Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development for nursing staff
• Foster teamwork and effective communication across departments
• Maintain proper staffing levels and assist with scheduling
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate appropriate interventions
• Support quality improvement, infection control, and compliance initiatives
• Participate in care conferences and family meetings to update and educate

Experience:

• Nurse Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
