Salary: $77,500–$87,500 annually
Ambassador Healthcare at College Park is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Unit Manager to provide clinical leadership and support to our nursing team. Oversee the daily clinical and operational activities of the assigned nursing unit
Supervise, mentor, coach, and support nursing staff
Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations and facility policies
Monitor staffing needs and assist with reducing overtime and agency utilization
Address employee concerns, performance issues, and staff development needs
Participate in QAPI initiatives and quality improvement efforts
Evaluate staff competencies and provide ongoing education and training
Support the MDS process and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on resident care and discharge planning
Assist with recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of nursing staff
Promote a positive, collaborative, and resident-centered nursing environment
Active Florida RN license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience
Previous nursing leadership or management experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making skills
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities
