As a valued member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing the overall operations of the unit, ensuring exceptional patient care, and leading a team of dedicated nurses.

About the Role:

As the RN Unit Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the unit, including supervising nurses, coordinating patient care, and maintaining high levels of quality and safety. You will also be responsible for managing medication, charting, and communicating with insurance companies to ensure seamless care coordination.

Responsibilities:
