Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks an RN Unit Manager for our Albuquerque, NM in-office facility. The role requires on-call availability Mon-Fri with weekends as needed, starting 8:00 AM and ending 5:00 PM, for an 8-week contract with a 40-hour weekly guarantee.

You will lead ICU/acute care nursing units, oversee staffing, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage quality metrics while mentoring staff and boosting patient safety. Travel for onboarding may be required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in practicing state; MSN/BSN preferred.
• Minimum 5 years ICU/acute care nursing with 2 years of leadership.
• Experience with quality metrics, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to manage unit staffing, scheduling, and acuity-based assignments.
• Strong data literacy and KPI reporting skills.
• Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff.
