Job summary

AdventHealth Castle Rock is seeking an experienced RN leader to supervise daily unit operations during day shifts. You will coordinate staffing, oversee admissions, and ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

The role requires an Associate's in Nursing (BSN preferred) and at least 1+ year of clinical RN experience. Strong communication and collaboration with physicians and staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• 1+ clinical RN experience.
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• US healthcare environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily unit operations during shift to ensure patient care needs are met.
• Participate in staff interviews and performance feedback.
• Ensure appropriate staff skill mix for safe patient care.
• Monitor documentation, patient charges, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team to resolve issues.
