Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, support, and coordination of unit’s daily operations during designated shift.
• Ensures admissions/cases appropriate and staff mix supports safe patient care.
• Participates in interviewing and selecting new staff; provides feedback on performance.
• Performs audits of documentation, patient charges, and outcomes; resolves issues affecting patient care.
• Monitors unit supply usage and costs; ensures compliance with regulatory standards.
