Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
• Master's Degree: Preferred
• Five years' technical experience: Preferred
• Supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills: Required

Responsibilities

• Provides unit-based leadership in developing and providing clinical services and supervises unit personnel.
• Fosters patient- and family-centered care with attention to cultural diversity and patient needs.
• Ensures compliance with patient safety goals and participates in quality improvement activities.
• Manages staffing based on patient acuity, assigns staff, and coordinates schedules and coverage.
