Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center in Williamsburg, VA is hiring an RN Unit Coordinator for the Acute Cardiac/Stroke Unit (3 South). This full‑time role supports cardiac/telemetry patients, with rotating shifts and leadership responsibilities under the department manager.

Requires a BSN (or MSN preferred), an active RN license, BLS within 90 days, and 18 months of acute care RN experience. ACLS and NIH within 1 year are preferred; NIC/Tele experience a plus.

The unit also manages pre‑ and post‑catheterization patients, as well as those experiencing acute stroke.The Registered Nurse Unit Coordinator demonstrates proficiency in nursing practice for assigned specialty area and provides clinical leadership for the delivery of nursing care in a department. Under the direction of the department manager leads safety and quality initiatives, focuses on and simplifies workflow, and contributes to the development of staff.
