Job summary

Union Health is seeking a Cardiac Rehab RN in Terre Haute, IN for a full-time day shift (6a-4p). The role focuses on comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation, patient education, and collaboration with physicians to promote heart health during recovery.

Responsibilities include routine assessments, developing care plans, patient education, and assisting with procedures within the Cardiac Rehab department. Indiana RN license and BLS are required; prior RN experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited ASN or BSN program.
• Must have Indiana RN license.
• BLS certification required.
