Job summary

1st Choice, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse UAS Assessors in the Parkchester area. These roles offer an independent schedule with a hybrid mix of in-person and telehealth assessments.

You will review documentation, educate consumers, and coordinate with providers while ensuring NYS standards and conflict-free requirements. Qualified RNs with NY license, BSN, and UAS familiarity will thrive in a flexible, impactful position with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must have own car for daily travel between assessment locations.
• Active RN license in New York and a BSN are required.
• Experience in home health or community-based settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete UAS NY assessments during in-home visits or via telehealth.
• Review medical documentation and record detailed findings.
• Educate consumers and coordinate with providers when needed.
• Maintain timely, high-quality documentation meeting NYS standards.
• Schedule route planning and daily workflow while ensuring conflict-free requirements.
