Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interviews patient and/or family to obtain medical histories and perform assessments.
• Assigns triage priority based on observations and information.
• Initiates diagnostic and therapeutic measures per standing protocols.
• Rooms patients and follows the initial intake process.
• Responds to phone calls for test results and postop instructions.
• Maintains confidentiality and coordinates with health professionals.
• Takes vitals (blood pressure, temperature, weight) and collects blood draws as ordered.
• Keeps logs regarding medications and ensures compliance with policies.
