Job summary

Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse Triage (RN) to manage patient needs via inbound and outbound calls. You will assess callers, educate patients, and coordinate referrals, with travel to other locations as needed.

The role requires current Illinois RN licensure, AHA CPR, and the ability to handle high-stress periods; BSN preferred. Work hours are typically full-time with some flexibility.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• CPR certification by American Heart Association (AHA).
• Office RN and BSN preferred.
• Self-starter able to handle periods of high stress.
• Prolonged standing/walking/sitting/bending/reaching/climbing and repetitive hand use.
• Lift up to 40 lbs and push/pull up to 20 lbs.
• Effective English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Phone triage of callers to assess needs.
• Patient education and placement of Continuous Glucose Monitor, insurance pre-authorization and referrals.
• Maintain clean and stocked exam rooms.
