Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL seeks an RN Triage for OBGYN to support patient triage via telephone and MyChart, determining appropriate care levels or at-home guidance. The role is part-time (24 hours) with hours M-W-F 8:30-5, at 1220 Hobson Road.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year telephone triage experience preferred.
• RN licensure in Illinois (IDFPR) required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Review patient voicemails and direct patients to appropriate level of care.
• Conduct telephone assessments using nursing skills and provide home care guidance.
• Identify high-risk symptoms and direct to emergency care as needed.
• Arrange appointments for non-emergency visits when appropriate.
• Escort patients to exam rooms and record vital signs and data in EMR.
• Prepare patients for exams and set up required equipment and procedures.
• Administer immunizations and assist with in-office procedures.
