This position will also work collaboratively with clinical care teams in the coordination of care for certain patient symptoms and conditions.

Education and/or Experience Requirements

• Minimum three years’ experience as a registered nurse in an in‑patient or outpatient clinic setting.
• Demonstrated clinical skills and clinical expertise with an emphasis on patient triage.
• Demonstrated skills for problem solving & decision making.
• Understands patient safety requirements, quality improvement models, and the transitional interfaces between clinic, hospital, and community.
• Preferred: Telephone triage experience highly preferred. Bachelor's degree.

Licensure & Certifications Requirements

Current WA State RN licensure.

Pay Range

$41.63-$77.01
