Jefferson Healthcare is seeking an experienced Triage Clinic Nurse to join our team. The role floats between Primary Care and triage, performing remote assessments and coordinating referrals. Per diem schedule, 16 hours/week, Day Shift.

Jefferson Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Triage Clinic Nurse to join our dynamic team. This position floats between our Primary Care and the triage team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate expertise in delivering remote clinical assessments, health education, and utilization management services to our community. This role encompasses evaluating patients' medical conditions through phone consultations, offering immediate care guidance, and coordinating appropriate referrals or interventions. In addition to handling triage calls, the team will also respond to inquiries related to medical conditions, medications, diagnostic tests, and more.

What you’ll need

• Current Washington State RN license in good standing
• BLS Certification required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Triage experience preferred
• Primary Care RN experience preferred
• Emergency Department experience preferred
