Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Naperville is seeking a Triage Registered Nurse to join our physician-led team. This full-time role focuses on managing patient health concerns by phone using physician-approved protocols and coordinating care across services.

Responsibilities include patient education, scheduling tests and procedures, processing insurance pre-authorizations, and documenting interactions in the Medical Record while supporting staff and ensuring compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in nursing.
• Knowledge of nursing skills in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
• Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA.
• Prefer a minimum of one year of professional nursing experience; new grads considered under specific circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Triage patient concerns by phone using physician-approved protocols.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, medications, nutrition, and wellness.
• Review and authorize provider prescriptions per guidelines.
• Document patient interactions accurately in the Medical Record.
• Support staff and assist with training and orientation as needed.
