Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN Triage - OBGYN in Naperville for a full-time schedule. You will triage via phone and MyChart, assess patients, and route to appropriate care per protocol. You will perform immunizations, vital signs collection, and assist with in-office procedures.

The role requires an Illinois RN license and CPR certification, with travel to Oswego and Plainfield as needed. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of telephone triage experience preferred.
• RN license in Illinois required.
• American Red Cross CPR BLS or AHA CPR certification required.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Review voicemails and direct patients to appropriate level of care per protocol.
• Perform telephone assessments and provide home care instructions.
• Identify high-risk symptoms and route to emergency department immediately.
• Schedule appointments for non-emergency visits.
• Escort patients, record vitals, and prepare for exams.
• Prepare for exams and procedures and assist in-office procedures.
