Job summary

Endeavor Health in Warrenville, IL is seeking an RN Telephone Triage Nurse to assess caller needs and provide clinical guidance via inbound and outbound calls. This on-site, full-time role requires strong patient communication, accurate assessment, and proactive problem-solving to support acute and preventive care.

You will work weekdays with early morning to early evening hours and occasional Saturday rotations.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN licensure required.
• Operational knowledge of physician practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be a team player and able to handle high-stress patient situations.
• Proficient typing and basic computer skills (35 WPM).

Hourly Pay Range

$33.96 - $52.64 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $35.15 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

Position Highlights

Location: 4201 Winfield Rd, Warrenville, IL - Not Remote Position

Full Time: 40 hours/ week

Hours: Monday to Friday 7am-6:30pm, Sat am rotation

What you will do:

The RN Telephone Triage Nurse is a Registered Nurse and responsible for patient care needs through the use of inbound and outbound telephone practice. Continuously demonstrates positive customer relationship skills by assessing caller needs through active listening, clinical assessment, education and advanced problem-solving abilities. Actively manage patients' immediate and ongoing needs with attention to acute and preventative intervention. NOTE: MUST LIVE IN ILLINOIS AS THIS ROLE IS ON-SITE, and after a minimum of one year employment, RNs in this role may have the opportunity to work from home/remote if all quality and productivity metrics are met and maintained.

What you will need:

• Current Illinois RN licensure
• Operational knowledge of physician practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Possesses professional telephone etiquette skills.
• Must be a team player.
• Must be a self-starter, able to handle frequent periods of high stress and difficult patient situations.
• Must possess excellent time management skills.
• Must possess basic keyboard, computer and internet skills.
• 35 WPM typing proficiency.
• Ability to talk on the phone and type simultaneously.
