Endeavor Health in Warrenville, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse Triage (Centralized Triage) for an on-site, full-time role. The RN will handle patient care needs via inbound and outbound telephone triage, assess caller needs, provide education, and offer problem-solving support.

Illinois RN licensure is required, with strong communication, typing (35 WPM), and basic computer skills. On-site with potential remote work after one year if quality metrics are met; flexibility for 8- or 10-hour days

Hourly Pay Range:$33.96 - $52.64 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Position Highlights:Position: Registered Nurse Triage - Centralized TriageLocation: 4201 Winfield Rd, Warrenville, IL - Not Remote PositionFull Time: 40 hours/ weekHours: Monday - Friday 8-4:30, some flexibility (flexible to 8 or 10 hour/day shifts). Occasional Saturdays 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (5-6 a year)What you will do:The RN Telephone Triage Nurse is a Registered Nurse and responsible for patient care needs through the use of inbound and outbound telephone practice. Continuously demonstrates positive customer relationship skills by assessing caller needs through active listening, clinical assessment, education and advanced problem-solving abilities. Actively manage patients’ immediate and ongoing needs with attention to acute and preventative intervention.
