Job summary

Endeavor Health is hiring an RN Triage - Centralized Triage to provide telephone triage services from our Warrenville location. The RN will assess callers, educate patients, and address urgent and preventive needs with empathetic care.

The role requires Illinois RN licensure, excellent communication, and the ability to work Monday–Friday 7am–6:30pm with a Saturday half-day rotation in a fully on-site environment. Remote work may be explored after one year if performance metrics are met.

Hourly Pay Range

$33.96 - $52.64 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $35.15 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

What You Will Do

The RN Telephone Triage Nurse is a Registered Nurse and responsible for patient care needs through the use of inbound and outbound telephone practice. Continuously demonstrates positive customer relationship skills by assessing caller needs through active listening, clinical assessment, education and advanced problem-solving abilities. Actively manage patients’ immediate and ongoing needs with attention to acute and preventative intervention. NOTE: MUST LIVE IN ILLINOIS AS THIS ROLE IS ON-SITE, and after a minimum of one year employment, RNs in this role may have the opportunity to work from home/remote if all quality and productivity metrics are met and maintained.

What You Will Need

• Must be a self-starter, able to handle frequent periods of high stress and difficult patient situations.

• Ability to talk on the phone and type simultaneously.
