North Texas Medical Center is seeking an experienced registered nurse to lead and educate the Trauma and Stroke programs in our hospital. You will plan, implement, and evaluate clinical and operational components, working with medical staff and departments to improve patient care across all ages.

Qualifications include Texas RN licensure, 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience, and current BLS; TNCC, ACLS, and PALS within 90 days. BSN and SCRN are preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with Texas licensure required.
• 2-3 years clinical nursing experience required.
• BLS required; TNCC, ACLS, PALS within 90 days.
• BSN preferred; SCRN, CEN/ENPC/ATLS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate trauma and stroke programs.
• Submit required data to regulatory agencies as requested.
• Coordinate nursing care aspects of trauma, stroke, and resuscitation protocols.
• Review records and plans of care to ensure protocols are followed.
• Facilitate Trauma/Stroke Committee with multidisciplinary members.
• Provide education and act as clinical resource for staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and safety standards; ensure staff orientation.
