Job summary

Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is seeking a Full Time Transplant Coordinator for the Kidney/Pancreas Transplant team. The role coordinates post-transplant care and helps manage clinic flow and patient evaluations on the day shift.

Ideal candidates hold ADN with BSN preferred, an active RN license, and at least two years in acute care with renal knowledge. A sign-on bonus is available for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• ADN is required; BSN or higher preferred.
• RN license in VA or multi-state in good standing.
• 2+ years of acute care experience.
• Good renal knowledge and understanding of chronic disease.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care with post-transplant patients.
• Facilitate clinic flow, transplant evaluation, and patient care management.
