Job summary

Sanford Health in Fargo, ND is seeking an RN Transplant Coordinator to oversee pre- and post-transplant care, coordinating education, referrals, and workups for renal transplantation.

You will manage a caseload, ensure timely workups, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements while participating in outreach to dialysis and nephrology programs. Clinic hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with on-call rotation including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and possess RN licensure.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the practice state or multi-state licensure.
• Ability to obtain Minnesota RN license within six months of starting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate education and care for transplant patients pre- and post-operation.
• Manage referrals, workups, and activation for transplantation with caseloads.
• Ensure policies and regulatory requirements are met for compliance.
