Transylvania Regional Hospital in Brevard, North Carolina is seeking a registered nurse to join our Transitional Care Unit team. You will lead nursing care, assess patients, and collaborate with therapists to implement individualized plans in a small, patient‑centered setting.

Requires Associate's or BSN, North Carolina RN license (eNLC may apply), BLS, and at least 1 year of hospital experience. We offer comprehensive benefits, tuition support, and a supportive, team‑based work environment.

Qualificações

Education: Associate's Degree or Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
License: Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON.
Certification: BLS Healthcare Provider.
Experience: One year hospital nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

Provides leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well‑being of patients. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Implements medically prescribed interventions.
