Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• RN License in state of employment or compact required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits excellent customer service with CHRISTUS Transfer Center groups.
• Maintains professionalism and patient-centered care.
• Prioritizes and escalates transfer issues as needed.
• Collaborates with ED, House Supervisors, physicians and staff to ensure timely transfer.
• Maintains knowledge of bed availability and service changes.
• Proficient in computer systems and transfer center software.
