• Provide excellent customer service to referring physicians and patients.
• Follow established protocols to gather information from other institutions and physicians.
• Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and compliant with standards.
• Support Transfer Center operations and assist the Transfer Center Room Control Coordinator.
