• Ensure smooth patient transfers by coordinating with physicians, nurses and other departments.
• Provide excellent customer service and drive patient and physician satisfaction.
• Gather information from other institutions and physicians accurately and on time.
• Enhance services across facilities using provided information and resources.
• Ensure documentation is clear, concise and meets standards with proper forms.
• Manage customer relationships by following up with referring physicians and expanding market share.
